MEDIUM means partial data with inference. LOW means mostly extrapolated from related species. Tier boundaries are estimated working thresholds (Self-Aware ≥50%, Conscious ≥18%, Subconscious ≥5%, Reactive ≥1%, Minimal <1% of human waking awareness).
